SureWerx, a manufacturing company serving the safety and equipment solutions market, wanted to streamline its sales and business operations by consolidating multiple processes into a single digital platform. SureWerx partnered with GyanSys to revitalize its online hub and improve how customers and distributors could access products, pricing, and ordering tools using Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Platform, and Experience Cloud.

GyanSys implemented a public website and a private distributor portal with custom Lightning components, reusable page elements, ERP integration, and a redesigned data model to support real-time inventory and tailored pricing. The solution helped SureWerx increase online orders, achieve the highest sales volume among channels, and speed delivery by reusing 6% of prior project material, while also giving internal teams more flexibility to manage content without heavy technical support.
