WageningenUR, a collaboration between Wageningen University and multiple specialized research institutes, faced a highly fragmented online presence—about 800 websites across 9 research centres, the university and 90 chair groups—that undermined its authority in healthy nutrition and living environment. To create a uniform, future‑proof platform focused on consistency and conversion, they selected GX Software’s XperienCentral CMS to standardize design, content and technology.

GX Software implemented XperienCentral alongside a redesigned structure and content, responsive multi‑lingual templates, improved homepage navigation, and integrations with background systems for richer, linked content and contact data.
