SIBUR Tobolsk, a large petrochemical plant in Russia, faced the challenge of centrally transporting several thousand employees—many of whom were out-of-towners unfamiliar with the city—so workers could reliably get to shift locations. Gurtam (via Wialon partner PK SKT) addressed the issue by deploying NimBus and Wialon passenger-transportation tools to organize routes, schedules and tracking.

PK SKT built 300 routes in NimBus, configured schedules and stops, trained dispatchers to edit and reassign rides, and provided QR codes linking to Locator for real-time bus positions; after a six-month trial Gurtam’s solution delivered on-time staff transport, real-time monitoring, a decrease in late arrivals, improved discipline, optimized corporate transport schedules, and a stronger employer image.
