Large Logistics Company, a cargo transportation firm in Sri Lanka, needed to safely carry and store heat-sensitive pharmaceuticals while monitoring location, individual consignments, vehicle and warehouse temperatures, and package integrity. Gurtam’s telematics platform Wialon — implemented by local partner KLOUDIP/KLOUDID — was recommended to meet these regulatory and operational requirements.

KLOUDID deployed a Gurtam solution combining Wialon, Sensolator, the EMS app, GPS trackers and wireless temperature/humidity and door/vibration sensors to provide real-time tracking, sensor visualization and separate operator/dispatcher interfaces. As a result, Gurtam’s system now controls more than 30 refrigerated units, improving drug preservation, eliminating customer losses from spoiled shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of medications.
