Papa John’s in Russia needed visibility into courier locations and delivery performance because their restaurant automation system iiko controlled premises and finances but did not track couriers’ routes, time on delivery, or incidents on the road. Gurtam (via Moscow partner TeleTracking) addressed this gap by implementing Wialon Hosting integrated with iiko to provide real-time delivery control and driver identification.

Gurtam’s solution automatically sends new client addresses from iiko to Wialon, creates geofences with order info, assigns drivers via iButton, and records precise delivery intervals that are written back into iiko; the Delivery Control integration displays orders, courier movements and trip details. The result is greater flexibility (deployable across any iiko-using restaurants), full transparency of courier, vehicle, route and driving behavior, and accurate delivery timing—measured from pickup to a client-house geofence (100 m radius)—with automatic recording of deliveries and elimination of manual address entry.
