Case Study: KLOUDIP achieves real-time shuttle monitoring, reduced waiting times and safer driving with Gurtam's NimBus

Monitoring of corporate vehicles in Sri Lanka with NimBus

KLOUDIP, a Sri Lankan passenger-transportation partner, faced chronic issues with corporate shuttle services—late buses, driver traffic violations, and passenger no-shows—that degraded service quality. To address this, KLOUDIP implemented a solution based on Gurtam products, primarily NimBus for route and fleet management and Wialon for driver monitoring, and developed a passenger mobile app and QR-code check-in system.

Using Gurtam’s NimBus together with QR codes and the Wialon Eco Driving module, KLOUDIP trained clients to configure routes, assign vehicles and drivers, monitor buses in real time, and scan route/ETA details at pickup points; Wialon flagged poor driving for retraining. The result: real-time vehicle tracking, faster responses to delays or breakdowns, improved driving quality, reduced employee waiting times, better schedule adherence and corporate image, and a decrease in road accidents.
