Leading Utilitservis Company, a Russian waste-management firm that collects, transports and disposes of class A and B medical waste with an 11-vehicle specialized fleet, had no prior GPS monitoring and needed a system to track shipments end-to-end and capture time, location and waste weight with photographic evidence. Gurtam provided the solution framework, deploying its Wialon Hosting platform to centralize data from scales and cameras and meet strict regulatory and reporting requirements.

Gurtam’s implementation—delivered via partner 76 Oil Tyumen—installed Galileosky 7.0 units on eight trucks and used EasyLogic scripts to adapt workflows for different vehicle types, sending waste weight, upload photos and waste-class data into Wialon. The system now produces ready-to-use payment reports, logs time/location/weight of loads, detects fuel fillings and thefts, and enforces hazardous-waste handling rules, improving driver control, regulatory compliance and billing accuracy.
