LLC TechnoService Networks, a Russian agricultural aviation company operating more than 80 light aircraft, faced systematic and unpredictable equipment breakdowns on simple Russian-made planes with limited instrumentation, risking pilot safety and incurring high repair costs. To improve maintenance control and cut repair expenses, the company turned to Gurtam’s platform, deploying solutions based on Wialon Hosting and Galileosky 5.0.

Using Gurtam’s Wialon platform (implemented by partner Interra), Galileosky 5.0 trackers and a custom Android dashboard were installed to stream engine and flight metrics via Bluetooth to pilots and via internet to dispatchers, with offline two-way communication and additional sensors for ground clearance and multi-channel temperature control.
