BeeTalker, a broadband connectivity company with development in the USA and sales worldwide (including Azerbaijan), needed an innovative solution for modernizing walkie-talkies beyond analog constraints: geographic attachment, limited channels and callsigns, complex coverage expansion, and poor location monitoring. They engaged Yollar, the Wialon partner in Azerbaijan, and worked with vendor Gurtam using Wialon Hosting to develop a next‑generation telematics walkie solution.

Gurtam experts and partner Yollar added two‑way voice to Wialon and delivered a comprehensive system using LTE and the Wialon IPS protocol, integrated with DMR systems (Kirisun, Hytera, Excera). The dispatch center now supports listening to up to 99 channels, channel/user responses, map tracking with geofences, notifications (battery, channel change, SOS), remote device management and firmware updates, and audio/video call history. The jointly designed hardware (B138, B938) and multi‑vendor DMR support enabled deployment across safety, logistics, oil and delivery sectors, improved security (easy revocation of compromised users), and scalable commercial rollout — all delivered by Gurtam via Wialon Hosting.
