A Guild Case Study
Substribe, a B2B subscriptions events company, wanted a private, mobile-friendly way to extend its virtual Summit 2020 experience before and after the event. Working with Guild, they set up a branded community for subscription professionals and a separate advisory board group to support networking, engagement, and ongoing conversation around the summit.
Using Guild alongside Hopin, Substribe encouraged attendees to join the community via announcements, chat links, and email, while using the platform to share takeaways, gather feedback, and keep speakers answering questions after the event. The results were strong: nearly 50% of delegates joined before the event, another 40% joined during or right after it, only about 10% did not join, and the community generated 336 group messages and 134 direct messages.
