She Has No Limits, an event and community for professional women founded by Equal Talent’s Amanda Davie, needed a way to support women facing redundancy, career disruption, burnout, and confidence loss during the pandemic. To keep the initiative connected and accessible beyond a one-day conference, the team used Guild to host the community and provide ongoing support.

Guild enabled She Has No Limits to launch a values-led professional community alongside its virtual conference, bringing together women for learning, coaching, peer connection, and encouragement. The initiative offered practical career resources and a “pay it forward” ticket scheme, while donating 10% of ticket proceeds to Young Women’s Trust. The case study highlights strong engagement through 15 event speakers plus 15 additional expert contributors, though no specific quantitative community outcomes were provided.
