Renewd, a global open network for subscription, membership and event professionals, needed a better way to support its fast-growing, worldwide community after its Slack workspace became overwhelming and engagement began to stall. The migration was described as fast and easy, and Renewd continued offering the community free and open while growing membership to 500 organisations in under a year.
