PRCA powers the communications sector with Guild groups

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world’s largest professional public relations body, needed a secure, GDPR-compliant way to keep members connected beyond its conferences, webinars, meetings, and learning programmes. The PRCA was looking for an alternative to consumer messaging apps like WhatsApp that would support ongoing collaboration, networking, and information sharing across its membership.

Guild provided the PRCA with a multi-admin, multi-group “Business Plus” platform to create and manage 13 branded regional, sectoral, campaigning, apprenticeship, and future leaders communities. With Guild, the PRCA has been able to increase the value of membership, support collaboration during COVID-19, and give members a simple, professional, and secure way to communicate worldwide while ensuring data is held safely.
