Case Study: National Education Union supports remote education collaboration with Guild

NEU (National Education Union) use Guild for teacher community on remote education

The National Education Union (NEU) needed a way to support education staff delivering remote learning during lockdown, helping them access guidance and share practical ideas at a time of major disruption. To meet this need, the NEU used Guild to launch its Remote Education Hub, combining expert advice, union guidance, and a member community for collaboration.

With Guild, the NEU created a bespoke social network where members could share resources, discuss challenges, and exchange innovative practice around remote education. The platform quickly gained traction, with more than 1,300 NEU members contributing ideas and resources, helping the community grow as teachers developed new ways to engage pupils learning outside school.
