Legal Support Network launches Special Interest Group for Finance Systems leaders on Guild

Legal Support Network (LSN) is a community for non-lawyer professionals in law firms, including finance, IT, HR, risk, compliance, and operations leaders. Its challenge was to deepen relationships with these members and help them solve day-to-day business and transformation challenges by creating a more focused, private environment for sharing knowledge and peer connections. LSN uses Guild to keep its community connected between events, alongside its newsletter, website, and in-person networking.

Guild provided LSN with a private Special Interest Group space for finance systems leaders to collaborate in real time, share insights, and support one another between quarterly meetings. The group quickly grew to more than 40 members, helping LSN gather feedback on topics of interest, curate more relevant events and content, and gain a valuable market research tool. Guild also helped create a trusted mobile-friendly network for high-value peer support while protecting shared information.
