Legal Support Network - Customer Case Study

Legal Support Network, a professional support organization, needed a simple and private way to help its diverse member groups collaborate, share knowledge, and support one another across roles such as finance, IT, HR, risk, and marketing. Using Guild, the customer’s community manager Tracey Stevenson worked to grow Special Interest Groups and encourage active engagement, especially around peer support and quick collaboration on business challenges.

Guild helped Legal Support Network create conversations and connect people in a straightforward, privacy-first environment suited to senior leaders and professional communities. The result was stronger community engagement, successful online groups supplemented by face-to-face meetups, and a clearer way to keep discussions flowing and valuable; however, the case study does not provide specific numerical metrics, so the impact is described qualitatively.
