CommsHero, the annual event and community initiative for PR and communications professionals, wanted a more permanent home for its dispersed audience across social media. With a growing Twitter following and an increasingly large #CommsHero Week event, the team needed a better way to build deeper connections, extend conversations beyond the event, and create a private space where members could share ideas year-round.
Guild provided the online community platform for CommsHero, giving the team a simple, intuitive, mobile-friendly space to invite members, manage engagement, and host more honest discussions. The result was a stronger pre-event and year-round community hub that helped build momentum for #CommsHero Week 2021, connect directly with delegates, and even attract additional speakers through the Guild ecosystem, contributing to the biggest and most diverse line-up yet.
