Adobe Increases Employee Engagement Across the Employee Lifecycle

Adobe, a San Jose–based technology company with about 14,000 employees worldwide, needed to modernize how it communicated HR programs across a diverse, global workforce. Traditional handbooks, brochures and live workshops weren’t creating the consistent, engaging experience Adobe wanted for onboarding, benefits enrollment (including a consumer-driven health plan), maternity leave and financial-wellness education.

Adobe partnered with GuideSpark to deploy a multimedia, multi-channel solution—more than 80 on-demand videos delivered via the benefits portal and employee microsites, plus analytics to optimize messaging. The rollout drove measurable gains: 70% CDHP enrollment, a 400% increase in open-enrollment viewership, a 94% reduction in time to onboard new hires on benefits, lower HR support costs, and higher employee engagement and perceived value of total compensation.
