Catchafire, a social enterprise founded in 2010 with 70 employees, connects nonprofits with skilled volunteers to drive mission impact. As a result of implementing GUIDEcx, Catchafire achieved a 2–3X (300%) increase in onboarding capacity, improved operational efficiency, and was able to onboard its first customer on the platform in under eight weeks, improving pipeline and resourcing management.
