MySuite, a Los Angeles property management company and offshoot of NMS Residential, launched its short-term rental business and needed help with channel management, reporting, and revenue optimization as its portfolio grew quickly. Using Guesty, MySuite aimed to streamline operations across multiple listing types and OTA accounts while improving pricing control and visibility.
Guesty implemented a unified platform with Revenue Management, Multi-Unit, and Channel Manager features to centralize listings, simplify pricing, and improve occupancy and reporting. The results were significant: MySuite grew from 80 to 228 listings in one year, a 185% increase, revenue rose 10%, and the time needed to update listings dropped from 4–5 hours to 30 minutes.
