Guesty centralized Hoste’s operations with a unified inbox, automated guest messaging, channel-synced reservations, and Marketplace integrations (dynamic pricing, cleaning/maintenance, guest verification), while Guesty’s API let Hoste build internal automation, accounting, and analytics. The result: Hoste scaled to 100 listings with a lean ~20-person team, hit 100% capacity in its market when restrictions eased, maintained year-over-year occupancy without cutting rates, saw average lead time tighten to 15 days, and increased average stay length from 3–4 nights to about 6 — outcomes made possible by Guesty’s platform.
