Ronival Real Estate, a vacation rental property manager founded in Cabo, grew quickly but struggled to scale: the team spent most of its time on operations—coordinating cleaners, responding to guests, and managing owners—largely via manual, email-based processes that left little time for business development. Seeking a centralized system, Ronival Real Estate adopted Guesty’s property management software to streamline operations and support growth.

Guesty delivered automated messaging, yield management, a unified multi-calendar, check‑in forms and the Send a Quote tool, letting Ronival automate guest communication, pricing and bookings. As a result of using Guesty, Ronival doubled its inventory in 18 months despite the pandemic, expanded into new Baja cities (Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, Loreto and La Paz), increased occupancy and is planning to add another ~20 properties (about one-third growth) next year.
