ABODEbucks, founded by Josh and Krissy Sedivy, is a St. Louis–based full-service vacation rental manager overseeing 70 properties. When COVID-19 prompted many homeowners to convert or sell rentals, ABODEbucks needed to add value for owners without raising fees and sought tech that would enable direct bookings and more efficient operations — they chose Guesty.

Guesty delivered a direct-booking website, 24/7 guest services, robust reporting and accounting tools, and integrations with Airbnb, Vrbo and Guesty Marketplace partners.
