Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, a luxury chain with roughly 3,000 rooms across eight cities in Europe and South America, needed to close a growing gap in its digital strategy: it had no mobile-optimized site even as mobile bookings rose sharply (from ~0.5% to 7% between 2010–2012 and projected to climb further). GuestCentric delivered a web-based (no app) mobile platform built from behavioral data and award‑winning design, with an intuitive interface giving easy access to phone numbers, addresses and booking on every page, plus SEO-friendly static pages and bilingual support. The result was a 300% increase in mobile views—mobile traffic now represents 15% of site views (three times the prior year)—with strong gains in last‑minute bookings and improved direct engagement with guests.
