Hotel Aiken is an independent 67‑room hotel in historic Aiken, SC, operating at an ADR of about $90/night. The property needed to modernize its website, implement a stronger online booking engine and gain the ability to update site content without paying a webmaster.
GuestCentric delivered a new site and InstantHotel one‑page booking engine that gave the hotel full content control, a customer database and flexible promotions. Despite the 2008–09 downturn, online bookings jumped 3x within two weeks and website traffic grew more than 5x with a #1 Google organic ranking within 90 days, driving an immediate lift in online revenue.
