The U.S. Conference of Mayors needed a way to manage RSVPs for tours and activities for mayors and their families during their annual event in San Francisco. The challenge was coordinating a limited number of bus seats across multiple activities, as managing bookings, changes, and cancellations manually via email was not feasible.
