Eventvibe, a San Diego-based nightlife event producer, faced the challenge of managing complex guest lists from dozens of promoters for its weekly nightclub events and scanning tickets for its large annual festivals. Their goal was to replace inefficient paper-based systems with a streamlined solution for efficient check-in and accurate promoter tracking. They turned to the vendor Guest Manager for a solution.

Guest Manager provided Eventvibe with its On Site app to check in up to 1,200 weekly guests by uploading CSV lists and using iPads for real-time name lookup, which also tracked promoter credits. For large events like their Infinity NYE festival, Guest Manager supplied barcode scanner rentals to validate thousands of tickets. This solution eliminated paper lists, provided real-time data, and efficiently managed high-volume entry for both guest lists and ticketed events.
