Guavus implemented Ops-IQ LiveOps after a five-month proof-of-value, unifying data silos and using machine learning to correlate calls, tickets and network events for faster root-cause identification and automated actions. The deployment delivered measurable impact: annual OPEX savings in the “seven digits,” 4–7% OPEX savings from fewer truck rolls, 4–7% reduction in customer service calls, 5–8% fewer trouble tickets, and nearly a full-point increase in NPS.
