BCMC Global Gains Peace of Mind, Closes Microsoft 365 Security Gaps with Guardian Digital

BCMC Global, led by CEO Gene Brown, was relying on Microsoft 365 for global client communications when sophisticated CEO‑fraud and impersonation attacks exposed gaps in native email protection and threatened client trust. To close those gaps, BCMC Global turned to Guardian Digital and its EnGarde Cloud Email Security, together with Guardian Digital’s Managed Email Security Services, for supplemental phishing, malware and account‑takeover protection.

Guardian Digital implemented EnGarde, enabled SPF/DKIM/DMARC, migrated and managed BCMC Global’s Microsoft 365 tenant and DNS, and provided ongoing monitoring and support. DMARC uncovered thousands of unauthorized IPs sending as BCMC staff and the domain changes Guardian Digital applied immediately stopped those impersonation emails; virtually all malware was blocked, fraudulent mail no longer reached inboxes, operational efficiency improved, and BCMC Global regained peace of mind.
