Vetropack achieves on-line visibility and control using Coprocess Netting Solution

Vetropack Holding AG, a Swiss glass-packaging manufacturer operating multiple production sites and subsidiaries across Europe, faced a cumbersome, manual intercompany netting process based on Excel spreadsheets and fragmented SAP access. To gain invoice-level visibility, enable online reconciliation across subsidiaries (including Slovakia and Ukraine), and shift from payable-driven to receivable-driven netting, Vetropack selected GTreasury’s netting solution.

GTreasury implemented an SAP-integrated, invoice-level netting system that uploads AR and AP from SAP 6.0, runs receivable-driven automatic matching, and provides an online communication and dispute module with a defined netting calendar (cut-off ~10th, three days to reconcile). As a result, Corporate Accounting no longer performs manual reconciliations, all intercompany transactions are visible in a browser-based platform, spreadsheets have been eliminated, reconciliation accuracy and payment discipline have increased, and month-end postings are automated into the treasury system.
