The Adecco Group, a Fortune Global 500 staffing company based in Zurich, needed a better way to manage intercompany payments across 280 corporate entities worldwide. Before 2019, there was little discipline around settlements, some invoices went unpaid for long periods, and Treasury had no formal mechanism to manage the process across 20 currencies.

The Adecco Group implemented GTreasury’s Coprocess multilateral netting solution, starting with a three-month pilot and then rolling it out globally. The system established centralized processes, expectations, and accountability, and now nets more than 6,500 intercompany invoices per month. The company also estimates savings of about $100,000 USD per month from reduced float, bank transaction fees, and FX costs.
