OnSite Dealer Solutions, which provides outsourced car detailing services to automotive dealerships across eight states, had outgrown its in-house payroll setup and QuickBooks. The company faced high employee turnover, complex reporting needs, variable compensation tied to site profitability, and the need to manage tax remittance, garnishments, 401(k) contributions, and multiple pay cycles more efficiently. GTM Payroll Services, using the isolved HCM platform, was brought in to replace the limited payroll process.

GTM Payroll Services implemented isolved payroll, employee onboarding, and general ledger modules, giving OnSite Dealer Solutions a cloud-based, integrated HCM platform. The new system streamlined onboarding, automatically synced employee data into payroll, and produced detailed general ledger exports for QuickBooks. As a result, payroll processing time dropped from about four and a half days to a day and a half, freeing the payroll manager for two additional days each week and reducing manual errors.
