The challenge was to service the entire event lifecycle for a global audience, seamlessly integrating with the client's CRM and badging solutions while also supporting their new brand launch.

gther implemented its event platform and apps, including the gther Sync scheduling tool, to manage all event logistics from lunches to breakout sessions. The solution provided central control, instant communication via email and SMS, and detailed analytics for capturing attendance. The event was successfully attended by over 800 people, with more than 500 participants joining in person.
