The Misk Art Week (MAW), an annual event fostering creativity, faced the challenge of converting its traditional community event into a hybrid format due to unprecedented times. Their objective was to host and stream engaging content for both virtual and physical attendees while maintaining the event's beloved elements. GTECH Information Technology was engaged to build a fully functional virtual event system to meet this need.

GTECH Information Technology implemented a customized hybrid event solution featuring a detailed registration workflow, user dashboard, and specialized modules for workshops, forums, and virtual exhibitions. The solution included live streaming with playback, an e-commerce showcase for artists, and API integration with Spotme for networking. As a result, MAW featured over 65 experts and GTECH provided the client with complete 360° reporting and accurate real-time stats, successfully delivering a complex hybrid event.
