The Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC) required a modern, interactive tool to help students and professionals identify career paths within Abu Dhabi's R&D ecosystem, moving beyond static forms. Their challenge was to translate a complex, multi-variable logic system into a simple, five-minute gamified experience that was also natively bilingual in English and Arabic. GTECH Information Technology was tasked with designing and developing this bespoke web application.

GTECH engineered a custom React-based web application featuring a dynamic scoring algorithm, a futuristic UI with micro-interactions, and a native bilingual architecture. The solution resulted in high user engagement with a significantly higher completion rate compared to traditional forms, modernized the FFCP brand as a forward-thinking initiative, and delivered seamless performance.
