The challenge was to demystify complex R&D career trajectories for students and professionals in Abu Dhabi, requiring a solution that engaged multiple audiences and provided a flawless bilingual experience in both English and Arabic.

GTECH designed and developed a sleek, immersive portal with a futuristic dark mode aesthetic and a strategic content architecture segmented by user type and R&D sector. The solution featured seamless Right-to-Left integration for Arabic and served as a funnel to their FFCP Career Assessment Tool. The results included a measurable uptake in program applications and a significant increase in user dwell time on the site.
