MS Mode, a women’s apparel retailer with 413 stores across Europe, needed to revamp its supply chain to support growth while cutting costs and inefficiencies. The company also wanted a way to onboard suppliers quickly without adding pressure on internal teams, and to manage sourcing more effectively across its global network.

GT Nexus provided a cloud-based trade platform that connected MS Mode’s trading partners, automated documents and workflows, and enabled in-house sourcing with manage-by-exception processes. MS Mode completed the first phase in just four weeks, increased sourcing from Bangladesh without letters of credit, and gained better visibility, lower costs, fewer errors, and faster supplier onboarding.
