A GT Nexus Case Study

Preview of the Karle International Case Study

India-based garment manufacturer benefits from financing flexibility, transaction automation and supply chain collaboration

Karle International, an India-based garment manufacturer and subsidiary of the Karle Group, faced heavy paper-based, manual supply chain processes while serving major global apparel buyers. To streamline purchase orders, invoices, and payments, the company adopted GT Nexus’s cloud-based collaboration platform and financing services, including the Buyer Funded Early Payment Program.

GT Nexus automated Karle International’s end-to-end supply chain transactions, giving the company and its buyers real-time visibility while eliminating letters of credit and reducing manual work. The results included improved cash flow consistency, stronger payment security, lower transaction and bank fees, faster issue resolution, and quicker access to working capital; GT Nexus also handles about Rs. 250 crores (US$54.45 million) of Karle’s transactions, representing 43% of annual turnover.
