TradeCard Inc. helped apparel company Perry Ellis International address the complexity and risk of managing payments across a global supply chain. The company wanted a faster, more transparent way to process invoices, track purchase-order changes, and reduce manual work and errors, while giving vendors better visibility into transactions.

Using the TradeCard platform, TradeCard Inc. automated Perry Ellis’s purchase-to-payment workflow and enabled rule-based invoice validation, document collection, and financing options. The results included streamlined processing, fewer errors, less need for manual data entry, and faster access to financing for suppliers such as Denym, which could receive payment within 48 hours of shipping and cut its time to payment by 28 days.
