HearUSA, a nationwide hearing care network serving AARP members, faced challenges with heterogeneous data formats, large volumes of multi-dimensional data, multiple workflow practices, and no efficient document management system. GSS Infotech was brought in to design and develop the HearUSA e-Services portal using Microsoft SharePoint and related Microsoft technologies to improve credentialing and service delivery for hearing care providers.

GSS Infotech implemented an efficient e-services portal with document management, enhanced workflow, document control, security, online practitioner application submission, automatic E-Fax document upload, and integration with the X-Medious E-Fax FTP server. The result was a scalable, role-based platform that streamlined operations, supported reporting and third-party payment integration, and improved service delivery for providers and patients.
