Kasipkor Holdings, through its Atyrau Petroleum Education Center in Kazakhstan, needed a world-class training program to prepare and retrain workers for the oil and gas industry. GSE Solutions was selected to provide EnVision e-Learning and Universal Simulation to support this effort and help build a skilled workforce for Kazakhstan’s growing energy sector.

GSE Solutions implemented a comprehensive training package that included computer-based tutorials, 2D and 3D equipment visualization, exercise guides, documentation, and simulators covering process equipment fundamentals, process controls, distillation, compressors, gas oil separation, amine treating, glycol dehydration, and basic refining systems. The solution was designed to create trained resources for the industry in Kazakhstan and internationally, helping Kasipkor Holdings advance its goal of establishing a high-standard petroleum education program.
