Brown & Brown Insurance, a national provider of insurance and reinsurance products headquartered in Daytona Beach, faced inconsistent and unaccountable calling activity across regional profit centers and sought a more effective calling strategy. The Huval region selected Gryphon Networks’ Gryphon sales acceleration platform to give producers a unified way to make calls (mobile app, dial-in, click-to-dial) and capture all activity in real time.
Gryphon Networks implemented its platform with call logging, audio recording, dashboards and Salesforce integration so Profit Center Leaders could set goals, benchmark performance and coach reps. After six months Brown & Brown Insurance saw measurable gains: 60% more calls initiated, 49% higher contact effectiveness, 27% improved call effectiveness and a 120% increase in appointments set; Gryphon has since been rolled out across multiple regions and is used to drive onboarding, planning and accountability.
