ADT, the #1 U.S. home security provider with a nationwide sales force of about 4,000 field agents, faced a tracking and adoption challenge: corporate policy required reps to use Gryphon but call dispositions were recorded in both Salesforce and Gryphon with no single system of record for managers to trust. To address this, ADT worked with Gryphon Networks and its Gryphon Sales Performance for CRM (a native Salesforce app) to bring call activity, compliance and reporting into a consistent workflow.
Gryphon Networks implemented its sales acceleration platform and Click-to-Dial functionality so reps could place calls from Salesforce with one click, automatically logging activity into both Salesforce and the Gryphon dashboard while enforcing DNC/TCPA/internal suppression rules. The result was rapid, measurable improvement: a 60% call increase in month one and a further 173% in month two, dashboard users up 274%, plus KPI uplifts (calls per agent +25%, contact rate +7.3%, dispositions per agent +30%), driving millions of dollars in additional monthly revenue.
