South West Transit Association had an aging website that was more than 10 years old and difficult to manage, especially as member information and content needed frequent updates. Working with GrowthZone website services, the association wanted a more dynamic, user-friendly site that staff and members could use with ease.

GrowthZone helped build much of the new website and provided chat support during onboarding and migration. The result was a modern, easier-to-update site that members loved for its new look, self-service posting for jobs and news, and the Info Hub directory for searching members and contacts. The team reported that all staff members who needed access could use it successfully, showing strong usability and improved efficiency.
