Central Illinois Board of REALTORS® needed a new association management system because their existing platform was not meeting integration requirements or cost needs for their roughly 1,000-member organization. They chose GrowthZone because it could connect with their lock box platform, existing MLS, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
GrowthZone implemented an AMS that streamlined data entry across platforms and used NAR’s credit card processing platform to reduce fees. The result was a single point of entry for member information and an estimated $10,000 annual savings in credit card processing fees, helping the association save thousands overall.
