The Automotive Service Association - Arizona (ASAAZ), a 200-member association in Phoenix led by Executive Director Luz Rubio, needed a better way to manage member billing, accounting and communications after assuming billing from their national office. With a one-person staff, they required an easy-to-learn system that would improve efficiency, maintain a reliable database, increase member engagement, and avoid hiring additional help.
After evaluating MS Access, QuickBooks and several vendors, ASAAZ implemented GrowthZone. The transition was smooth with supportive onboarding, and staff now accomplish more in less time, quickly locate member information, and communicate more effectively. Rubio reports the system is easier than expected and continues to reveal new ways to streamline tasks.
