The American Subcontractors Association (ASA), founded in 1966 and representing 32 chapters and over 2,300 subcontractor members, faced outdated association management tools that produced inconsistent member data, non-integrated systems, and tedious processes. Staff needed a modern platform to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and better serve regional chapters and individual members while supporting organizational growth.
