UNIQSO, a Shopify-based fashion and glamour store founded by Lee Lee and Felix, had built a large following but was struggling to turn traffic and interest into actual buyers. Growave helped UNIQSO strengthen conversions with three key features: Instagram Photos to showcase shoppable Instagram content, Automated Emails to request product reviews directly from customers, and Wishlist reminders to bring shoppers back when items were low in stock, on sale, or nearly sold out. The result was more product visibility, a dramatic increase in review volume, and stronger trust and urgency among shoppers, supporting UNIQSO’s growth to more than 142k Instagram followers and around 100,000 monthly visits.
