Amirisu Shop, a knitting magazine and retailer of fine yarns with a store in Kyoto, turned to Growave to implement a comprehensive loyalty and engagement program. The challenge was to find a solution that could be fully translated into Japanese, a feature other platforms lacked, and to seamlessly migrate their large volume of existing customer data from previous applications.
Growave solved this by providing a platform that allowed for complete front-end translation and a simple, two-click process for data migration. The implementation was highly successful, generating over $600,000 in revenue and creating more than 3.1 million loyalty points. The program achieved a high redemption rate of 68% and significantly boosted customer engagement with over 5,600 wishlists created.
