GroveSite Provides Strong Document Sharing Solution for EMM Group

EMM Group, a company that improves marketing capabilities through enterprise marketing management, needed a simple way to share documents and information with large corporate clients across time, location, and company boundaries. They moved from Intranets.com to GroveSite’s web collaboration/document management service to get a more user‑friendly tool that would be accessible to the whole client organization as well as their internal staff.

GroveSite delivered a centralized document‑sharing site used by about 20 EMM Group users, with roughly 10 employees serving as site administrators. The GroveSite solution simplified onboarding, provided a single place for project and client information, allowed customization for individual reports, and reduced complexity compared with the previous platform—improving efficiency and cross‑company collaboration for EMM Group.
